Matthew and Mary Hollands are serving in southern Republic of Congo. Mary is a nurse and Matthew is skilled in construction and maintenance.
Mary had been serving at Pioneer Christian Hospital in Impfondo, Congo in the salle d’urgence (emergency department) when Matthew came on a short-term trip to repair the hospital’s generator and some machinery. Matthew’s one month trip confirmed to him his own call to missions. After getting married, they returned to Congo.
They are currently in Pointe Noire doing language study, learning Kituba, since September 2025. Their aim is to move to a rural area outside of Pointe Noire and share the gospel through discipleship and community health. To sign up for our email prayer letter, click here.”
