For many years God has been preparing us individually and as a family for this next step in our journey with Him. Becky as a midwife, Gabe as a millwright, and Tobias as a growing, enthusiastic 3-year-old, we will be joining a ministry in a tiny rural hospital located in the Sierra Madre mountains of Chihuahua Mexico. Hospital Mision Tarahumara serves the indigenous people of the region. There is a need for both medical workers as well as construction and maintenance hands to keep the operation thriving. Greater than these material/temporal things, is a need for the love of God to be known in the hearts of this tribe of people and in all of us. We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be sent from a loving church community in Chico California, and to be joining a team of passionate servants on this mission. May we bless others as we have been blessed by our Heavenly Father.
