Chogoria Hospital
Chogoria Hospital has an inpatient capacity of around 295 beds. It is located within the fast-growing Chogoria Township in Chogoria Division, Tharaka Nithi County of former Eastern Province of Kenya. It is about 200 km north of Nairobi, along the Embu-Meru highway, 16 km north of Chuka town. Due to its location on the slopes of Mt. Kenya, Chogoria has relatively cool and pleasant weather conditions. The area is well served with public transportation, electricity, water, mobile network and other communication infrastructure.
Kijabe Hospital
Kijabe Mission Hospital is a 280 bed referral hospital located in Kijabe, Kenya, about one hour from Nairobi. It provides a broad range of inpatient and outpatient services. It is the preeminent teaching hospital in East Africa. CHSC staff often serve as faculty in established training programs and residencies raising up the next generation of health professionals. Others train national staff in less formal environments.
Kapsowar Hospital
Kapsowar Mission Hospital has inpatient capacity around 130 beds. It is located at a remote area of northwestern Kenya, about 60 miles from the Uganda border. It is a small hospital which provides majority of medical care to this remote region. The hospital provides maternity, pediatric, medical, and surgical care. Four dispensaries provide simple health care for the local people. The hospital has approximately 4,000 inpatient admissions and 15,000 outpatient visits per year.
