June 22 @ 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm CDT
Ultrasound is a highly useful tool for healthcare professionals working in resource-limited international settings. Enhance your diagnostic skill set with DVT screening, thyroid and carotid scanning, basic cardiac imaging, and emergency FAST/eFAST exams. Gain lots of hands-on practice in this 3 hour workshop.
The Ultrasound Workshop is held as a part of the Global Health and Tropical Medicine Overview course, and is optionally offered as a stand-alone workshop.
If you are interested in attending the entire Global Health and Tropical Medicine Overview, please click here: https://www.healthservicecorps.org/event/global-health-2019-2/
