Shalom Mission: Breaking the Grip of VOODOO in Benin
Benin, West Africa is the birth place of voodoo but day by day Mission Shalom is bringing people to a saving faith in Jesus Christ through the provision of life saving medical services
It was through a pleading and prayers of local pastors who witnessed women from villages attempting to make it to the nearest city and deliver their babies that brought about Clinic Shalom. Many local women have lost their babies attempting to get to the nearest city hospital, says Pastor Christophe the Mission Shalom Director. After hearing this same story Mission Shalom decided to start a health center in that particular village called Glodomey to provide inpatient and outpatient maternal services to surrounding area. Today that story has changed and has been used by God to provide compassionate healthcare and break the bonds of voodoo in the community.

If you are medical professional or you are part of a healthcare mission team or organization Mission Shalom would like you to come and visit their facility. They accept both individual service volunteers, short term healthcare teams and would like long term healthcare professionals.
